SEPSEA (Southeast Postsecondary Education Alliance) is dedicated to advancing the mission of promoting access to quality inclusive postsecondary education for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Southeast. Our approach revolves around collaboration, program development, research, and public policy to create pathways to a brighter future.

SEPSEA invites you to be a part of our 2024 conference by submitting your proposals. We welcome a diverse range of topics that align with our mission, including but not limited to:
  • Accessibility: Explore ways to enhance accessibility in postsecondary education settings.
  • PSE Programming: Share innovative approaches and best practices in inclusive postsecondary education programs.
  • Assistive Technology Supports: Discuss the role of assistive technology in supporting students' success.
  • Life Skills & Sexuality: Delve into life skills development and sexuality education for students with disabilities.
  • Campus & Community Life: Explore the intersection of campus and community life for inclusive experiences.
  • Mental Health & Well-being: Address mental health challenges and well-being strategies.
  • Peer Mentorship & Supports: Highlight the significance of peer mentorship and support systems.

  • Transition Across the Lifespan: Examine successful transitions throughout students' lives.
